Sylvain Sendra
Born in Lyon in 1977, Sylvain Sendra is the chef at Fleur de Pavé in Paris's 2nd arrondissement. He earned his first Michelin star at Itinéraires on Paris's Left Bank, where he became known for his exceptional bistro cuisine. During this time, he also developed a deep appreciation for Japan and its green tea.
